Celia, the mischievous, intelligent and inquisitive girl created by Elena Fortún, has become a link between four generations, since her first adventure, back in the late 20s of the last century, until today. The aim of this route is to reinforce that link so that grandparents, parents and grandchildren can enjoy a moment of cultural leisure with Celia as a point of union to know the Madrid before and after the Civil War.
